I'm Thankful for You

It is the time of year we begin to look around and reflect upon all of the things we are truly thankful for. I know I have so much to be thankful for, and I also know I should remember it more often than I do. I have a wonderful Savior who paid the price for my sins, a sweet little family, great friends, an awesome job with awesome people, and I have met some fabulous friends through Teachers Pay Teachers and blogging. In recognition of all of my online friends, I am putting all of my Thanksgiving Resources on sale November 22-25th. If you have been looking for a fun, engaging resource to use with your students, hop on over and get it on sale. Thank you for being loyal followers and friends. I am thankful for you!

New in November

November is one of my favorite months of the year. In celebration of my birthday, my favorite month, and some spectacular blogging buddies, I have teamed up with Meg from Fourth Grade Studio for her "It's All New" Giveaway.

I have several "NEW" items I have been working on lately.

One "new" item is I have bundled some of my best Thanksgiving resources into one. It is called Thanksgiving Bundle {Grades 1-3}, and it includes my Thanksgiving Activities {Literacy and Math}Pilgrim Prepositions, and Turkey Talk {Nouns and Verbs Center Activity}. This bundle is a wonderful resource to use with students in Grades 1-3.

Another "new" resource I just listed is A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens {Novel Study} for grades 7-12. Included in this novel study: vocabulary and vocabulary quizzes, plot, characterization, discussion questions for Stave 1-5, quizzes for Stave 1-5, a PPT with the vocabulary words, and a jeopardy-style review game for the novel.

Now it is time for you to head on over the Fourth Grade Studio's blog and enter the "It's All New" Giveaway! You do not want to miss out on all of the wonderful resources up for grabs!

It's November, Everyone!

It's November! I just love this time of year. For one, it is my birthday month (today actually). Secondly, I love November because it reminds me to remember all of the things in my life I am thankful for. It is also the month the holiday season begins...family gatherings for Turkey Day followed by decking the halls for the Christmas season. Of all of the months of the year, November is on the top of my list.

I am teaming up with Oh Boy 4th Grade's Currently Linky today. All of my other "currently" listening, loving, thinking, wanting, and needing are all pretty simple. I love the idea of the last "a yummy pin" because I always see so many things I want to try on Pinterest. I am addicted to Pinterest like I am to Teachers Pay Teachers! Oh Boy!

A yummy pin...Samao Cheesecake! Yes ma'm! I love those cookies the Girl Scouts sell each year. I pinned this the other day, and the ingredients are already on my grocery list to purchase.
